These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by “Your Personal Matchmaker” (the “Company”). By registering with or using our matchmaking services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Nature of Services
We provide matchmaking and coaching services to facilitate introductions between clients. We do not guarantee marriage, long-term relationships, or compatibility. Success depends on the personal choices and actions of each individual.
2. Payment & Fees
- Services are provided on the basis of a one-year program with 100% upfront payment.
- All payments are non-refundable, regardless of whether the client chooses to discontinue participation or is dissatisfied with the outcome.
- Failure to pay in full may result in termination of services.
3. Client Responsibilities & Code of Conduct
- Clients must provide accurate and truthful personal information.
- Clients must treat other clients and staff with respect and refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.
- Clients may not use our services for fraudulent purposes, casual entertainment, or solicitation of sexual services.
- Clients remain solely responsible for their communication, behavior, and relationship decisions.
- We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a client behaves inappropriately, disrespectfully, or dishonestly.
4. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for:
- The behavior, honesty, or actions of any client.
- Emotional, financial, or personal consequences arising from relationships formed through our services.
- By using our services, you agree to release and hold harmless the Company, its owners, and representatives from any and all claims.
5. Confidentiality
All personal information shared by clients will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for matchmaking purposes, except where disclosure is required by law.
6. Introductions & No Guarantee of Results
- We guarantee that during the one-year program, each male client will be introduced to a minimum of 6 and up to 12 women from our database.
- However, we do not guarantee that these introductions will lead to a romantic relationship, long-term partnership, or marriage.
- The success of any introduction depends entirely on the mutual interest, choices, and actions of both parties.
7. Age & Eligibility
- Clients must be at least 21 years old, legally single, and eligible to marry under U.S. law.
- Clients who misrepresent their marital or legal status may have their services terminated without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Your Personal Matchmaker and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or communication breakdowns.
10. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
11. Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Any prior statements, promises, or representations not expressly stated herein shall not be legally binding. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
12. Agreement By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
